Important Reminders For Crew members that are going to BSA Sea Base June 18-25 2009 - Start swimming laps to build stamina at least 2X week beginning April 1
- Do a cardio workout at least 1X per week (see above)
- Increase workouts to at least 4X per week May 1st
- May 16th Sea Base Meeting 6 p.m. @ VFW
- May 28th Sea Base Meeting 6 p.m. @ VFW
- Shakedown-bring your backpack
- Medical forms are due
